Senior Accountant

Job Summary

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of the organization by overseeing and managing accounting activities. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. must have knowledge in tally prime software.

Duties

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide support during audits and tax preparation

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred
• Proven experience in public accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience in payroll processing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
