We're looking for Cashier cum Captain person. who are responsible for as mentioned duties. 4 to 5 years of experience is required in the field. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately via POS or manually. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently and securely. Issue receipts and return change to customers accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/order counter. Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints politely. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order processing. Follow all restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
