: Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai Industry: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Experience Required: Minimum 10 years Salary: Starting from ₹40,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in managing end-to-end accounts and finance functions within the EPC industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the overall accounting function including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely preparation and finalization of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings. Handle MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for management review. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project-related financial transactions in the EPC environment. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Support senior management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Key RequirementsEducational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance (preferred). Experience: At least 10 years of accounting experience, with exposure to the EPC/Construction/Infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (Advanced), and accounting software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
