Job Description

Process month-end close accounting operations including preparing cash reconciliation , journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and consolidation process.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Partner with cross functional teams including Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Technical Accounting.
Support and ensure implementation of financial controls and process and system solutions.
Support internal and external audit and quarterly/annual financials .
Driver of process improvement , simplifying steps, and applying best practices to make the close process faster and more efficient.
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks.

Who you are and what you bring:

Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience .
Semi qualified CA (Preferred) / Qualified CA (Optional) / MBA Finance (Optional) .
3 to 5 years relevant or direct experience in operational accounting with experience in a publicly traded Fortune 500/multinational company preferred.
Capable of managing diverse tasks, setting clear priorities, and achieving outcomes in a fast-moving and ever-changing landscape.
Good oral and written communication skills with cooperative, interdisciplinary approach.
Understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and standard accounting processes and controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
W orking experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines .
