Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of relevant experience and a strong background in taxation, audits, bank reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role requires a high level of accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits, ensuring full compliance and documentation.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance where necessary.
• Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and financial institutions as needed.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in core accounting and finance functions.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, auditing procedures, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead financial initiatives.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
