What You Will Own

• Lead preparation of

  quarterly and annual financial statements

  in line with

  IRDAI

  requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with

  IFRS / Ind AS

  and all statutory and industry-specific regulations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to

  IRDAI and other authorities

  .
• Manage

  premium and claims accounting

  for Life & Health reinsurance clients.
• Drive accurate reconciliations, settlements, and timely month/quarter-end close.
• Manage internal and external

  audit cycles

  — liaising with auditors, resolving queries, and ensuring clean sign-offs.
• Collaborate closely with our

  Global Finance team

  to align on policies, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to

  regional and international finance projects

  , including process enhancements and system improvements.

What You Bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  4+ years post-qualification

  experience.
• Background in

  reinsurance, insurance

  , or financial services preferred.
• Strong command of

  IFRS / Ind AS

  and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP, Oracle

  , or other global ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of

  SQL or Python

  is a plus (not mandatory).
• Proven experience managing audits and working within multinational finance environments.
• Exceptional analytical ability and confident stakeholder communication.
