Job Title: Accountant with Expertise in Zoho CRM & Zoho Books  Location: Chennai (Office-based role)  Job Type: Full-time  About Us: We are a growing company seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Accountant to join our team in Chennai. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, along with a good grasp of GST filing and handling inward remittances. If you're passionate about finance, technology, and providing accurate accounting support, we'dlove to hear from you!  Key Responsibilities:  Oversee daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.  Ensure GST and IGST compliance by preparing and submitting monthly and annual tax returns with accurate documentation.  Manage client accounts using Zoho CRM,   Handle customer,invoicing and customer support for account related queries.  Follow-up with clients on outstanding payments to maintain timely collections.  Process inward remittances, posting and reconcile them with bank statements.  Assist with filing Softex forms and manage submissions of EPDMS forms in coordination with the bank.  Collaborate on cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial stability and planning.  Generate monthly financial reports with insights to guide management decisions.  Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure precise and complete financial records.  Resolve any issues related to Zoho products and accounting platforms to maintain operational efficiency.  Required Skills & Qualifications:  2-3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.).  Strong knowledge and practical experience in GST (including IGST) filing, taxation, and compliance.  Proven experience handling inward remittances, especially foreign payments and reconciling them with accounting systems.  In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.  Expertise in Zoho Books for managing accounts, invoicing, financial reports, and reconciliations.  Familiarity with Zoho CRM for managing client accounts and ensuring smooth invoicing/payment workflows.  Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.  Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams.  Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools, in addition to Zoho applications.  Preferred Qualifications:  Additional certifications in accounting or taxation are a plus.  Prior experience in a similar role within a dynamic organisation is advantageous.
