Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role at our Kalyan location. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and utilities. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will ensure accurate and timely financial reports and statements, implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures, and collaborate with external auditors.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in leadership and team management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
