Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI Developer to join our growing team.
As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that meet our clients' needs.You Will Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Integrate AI Models Into Our Products And Services, Leveraging Cutting-edge Technologies To Drive Innovation And Deliver Impactful

Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve business problems.
Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for various applications.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess data and build datasets for training models.
Integrate AI models into software applications and platforms.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Conduct research to stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor their performance.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and propose AI solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning).
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with deploying AI models in cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e., Hadoop, Spark) for handling large-scale datasets.
Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Publications or contributions to the AI and machine learning community (e., research papers, open-source projects).
