Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant standards.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements; maintain general ledger and prepare month-end close procedures.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, utilities, etc.).
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with tax preparation and filing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
