Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the finance team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles effectively.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Monitor and improve internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in accounting or finance roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books (as applicable).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
