About the Role:-
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to build strong relationships with our jewellery store clients. Your role will be key in enhancing customer loyalty, managing client records, and supporting personalized marketing efforts that boost customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
Understand customer preferences and buying habits to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collect and report customer feedback, handle service issues, and support complaint resolution.
Keep detailed records of VIP customers, including purchase history, preferences, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Assist in planning and sending targeted promotions via SMS, email, and WhatsApp to improve engagement and drive store visits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, especially for maintaining customer records and marketing tools.
Friendly, approachable personality with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
