Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM System: Maintain and update the customer relationship management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and generate reports to inform strategy.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales teams to support sales initiatives and with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by building relationships, providing information on products, and offering solutions to customer issues.
  • Lead Management: Handle and nurture leads, conducting follow-up and qualification calls to convert them into prospects and assigning qualified leads to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement customer segmentation and engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and retention.

Required Skills

  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Empathy and Patience: Understanding customer needs and maintaining a calm, patient demeanor, especially with difficult customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools and platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, customers, and data points simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring that customer issues are addressed correctly and comprehensively.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum educational qualification like a higher secondary diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like sales, marketing, or business is often required.
  • Prior work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or directly with CRM software is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
