CRM EXECUTIVE

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at our furniture showroom in Gurgaon, your role is crucial in ensuring customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will play a key part in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our visitors and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with showroom visitors to elevate their shopping experience through personalized interactions. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Offer tailored recommendations and assistance throughout the customer journey. - Manage and update customer data effectively within the CRM software. - Monitor and record customer interactions, feedback, and service history for future reference. - Support the sales team by following up on leads, preparing quotations, and providing post-sale assistance. - Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction post-product delivery. - Implement loyalty programs to drive repeat business and handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally. - Address customer issues promptly to ensure a positive overall experience. - Generate reports on customer behavior, satisfaction levels, and trends to enhance products and services. - Provide valuable insights to management for continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with showroom staff, sales executives, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations. - Relay customer feedback to management for ongoing enhancements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or CRM (experience in furniture or retail industry is advantageous). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities. - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of furniture product lines and interior design trends. - Experience with retail POS and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). - Multilingual proficiency based on showroom location and clientele.
