Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation across all grades. Ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards, school vision, and accreditation requirements. Monitor lesson plans, teaching methods, and classroom practices to ensure quality delivery. Teacher Support & Supervision Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and professional development for teachers. Conduct classroom observations and share constructive feedback. Support new teacher induction and ongoing training programs. Student Learning & Performance Monitor student progress and academic achievement through assessments and reports. Identify students requiring additional academic support and coordinate remedial/enrichment programs. Work with teachers and parents to enhance student learning outcomes. Coordination & Communication Act as a link between the Principal, teachers, and academic staff. Organize academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Coordinate inter-departmental communication for smooth academic operations. Quality Assurance & Reporting Maintain academic records, assessment data, and reports. Ensure compliance with school policies and external educational guidelines. Present regular academic progress reports to school leadership. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of teaching and coordination/academic leadership experience. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment methods, and educational best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
