Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in Kanpur. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include budgeting, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support during audits. The role also includes working collaboratively with finance teams to establish financial processes and strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting expertise, including proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools to manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
• Experience in financial auditing and reconciling financial discrepancies
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Understanding of tax regulations, financial best practices, and industry standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are highly desirable
