About the Company:

We are a leading group in the plastic raw materials industry, comprising Abir Overseas LLC (USA), Raghushree Plast Products Pvt. Ltd. (Kanpur), and Bhavik Enterprises (Kanpur). Our expertise lies in supplying high-quality recycled and virgin plastic granules like HDPE, PVC, PP, and more to a diverse range of industries.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic granules and raw materials, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for plastic granules including HDPE, PVC, PP, and others.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers regarding plastic raw materials.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and reports.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, preferably in plastic raw materials or related industries.
  • Good understanding of plastic granules (HDPE, PVC, PP, etc.) and their applications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Timings:

  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
