We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts and lead campaign execution from brief to delivery.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner for clients and an internal leader for creative and strategy teams. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, campaign success metrics, and be the go-to person for client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and industry insights to offer strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative excellence and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and delegate tasks while maintaining ownership.
• Present proposals, decks, and campaign performance with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.
• A Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
• Proven ability to lead client accounts and handle multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and analytics dashboards.
