Role Overview

Were looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead one of our largest accounts. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the client relationship and internal coordination. Youll be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with the client, overseeing internal processes, giving internal approvals before client submissions, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.

Candidates with prior experience as a Social Media Manager or Copy Manager in a digital or social media agency are strongly preferred, as theyll bring a deep understanding of content, brand voice, and platform behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Client Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining a strong, professional relationship.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate with creative, strategy, content, design, performance teams & other departments to ensure deliverables align with the client&aposs expectations.

Quality Control: Review and approve all deliverables before they are sent to the client, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Ideation: Actively contribute to campaign and content ideation across platforms, bringing fresh, brand-relevant ideas to the table.

Strategic Input: Guide internal teams with strategic direction based on the clients goals and industry insights.

Project Oversight: Track timelines, ensure delivery within scope and budget, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Problem Solving: Anticipate and address client concerns or internal bottlenecks proactively.

Team Support: Support and mentor junior staff and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Performance Monitoring: Track ongoing campaign performance, coordinate reporting, and highlight insights to drive improvements.

Meeting Management: Lead client meetings & reviews, internal check-ins, and feedback discussions to maintain alignment.

Requirements

58 years of experience in account management within a digital or advertising agency.

Prior experience working as a Social Media Manager or Copy Manager is highly desirable.

Strong grasp of digital platforms, campaign metrics, and content strategy.

Proven ability to manage large clients and multi-functional teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Willing to work from our Andheri West office (WFO).
