Job Description:
We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager (CA) to manage the financial health and reporting of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, finance, tax compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and handle audit requirements
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash flow management
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial discipline
• Develop internal control policies and procedures
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance reports
• Provide insights and support to senior management for financial decision-making
• Manage and mentor junior accountants or team members

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS, IFRS)
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest tax laws and regulatory changes
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
