Role Overview

Senior Account Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own the relationship

  with key brand clients and be their go-to for anything influencer marketing.

• Translate briefs into action

  , working closely with creators, creative, and operations teams to execute campaigns that hit performance and brand goals.

• Strategize and consult

  brands on the right influencers, formats, and platforms to drive ROI.

• Drive retention and growth

  of accounts through strong communication, reporting, and value delivery.

• Lead campaign reporting

  with insights, analytics, and storytelling that demonstrates impact.

• Mentor junior team members

  and lead by example in quality, speed, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer trends, creator ecosystem, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven thinking and ability to turn insights into strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients under tight timelines.
• Bonus: Experience working at a digital agency, influencer marketing firm, or creator-focused company.
