Job Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (Client Servicing) who brings expertise in digital branding and social media management to the table. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth delivery of brand and content-led digital campaigns. This role requires someone with agency experience, a flair for storytelling and content, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver client delight. A working knowledge of performance marketing will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trust and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Understand brand goals and translate them into effective digital strategies focused on branding and social media. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute engaging campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Coordinate with content, design, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver campaigns that are both creative and results-oriented. Ensure timely communication, delivery, and feedback loops with clients for smoother execution. Track and report key metrics for social media campaigns, engagement rates, content performance, and brand visibility. Analyze client feedback and platform trends to continuously refine strategies. Prepare monthly reviews and campaign presentations highlighting achievements, learnings, and new opportunities. Manage timelines, internal briefs, and client expectations effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital marketing or branding agency . Strong understanding of brand strategy , content marketing, and social media trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to ideate with creative teams and contribute to content and campaign ideas. Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid media platforms like Meta and Google Ads. Strong project and time management skills with a proactive attitude. Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with social media scheduling/analytics tools is a plus. Show more Show less
