Key Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery, and support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and proactively address potential risks.
• Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and ensure commercial targets are achieved.
• Prepare and present regular account reviews, business proposals, and performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to advise clients effectively.
• Mentor junior account managers and contribute to strengthening overall account management practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in

  account management, client servicing, or sales

  with proven success in handling large/strategic accounts.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple high-value accounts with a consultative approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in contract negotiation and commercial discussions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
