About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedSenior Accounts manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions. The role involves managing GST filings, MIS reporting, fund flow planning, statutory compliance, and team supervision. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to support management decisions.
• Oversee cash flow and fund flow planning with effective forecasting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform reconciliations with banks, vendors, and customers.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Handle direct and indirect tax matters while liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor junior accountants to ensure efficient team performance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in core accounting (corporate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, statutory compliance, and fund management.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a small finance team.
• Hands-on expertise in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
