Job Title: Senior Human Resource Recruiter Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Director of Talent Acquisition Location: Snappys quickcom Private Limited (3473+QG2, Viraraghavapuram, Avadi, Tamil Nadu 600077) Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: 35000 -45000 Job Summary: The Senior Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. This role focuses on attracting top talent for mid-level to executive positions and plays a critical part in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep knowledge of recruiting techniques, and experience in working with hiring managers across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across departments. Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, attract, and engage passive candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline through applicant tracking systems (ATS). Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Draft and extend job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with HR. Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and quality of hire. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, career events, and industry conferences. Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR staff as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles. Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill or executive roles. Experience in a corporate or agency recruiting environment is a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and diversity hiring. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks efficiently. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
