Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the finance team with timely reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliation, along with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally/ERP system.
• Prepare and finalize monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries.
• Assist in audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax) and coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries.
• Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and report variances.
• Maintain documentation and records as per statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in core accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and basic labor laws.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
