Department: Accounts & Finance Location: MAKARBA, AHMEDABAD Reports To: Accounts Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who is a graduate and CA Intern with strong knowledge of taxation, banking, audit, billing, purchase entries, and various tax compliances. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support statutory compliance in line with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. • Prepare and review purchase, sales, and expense entries ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Handle billing and invoicing processes and ensure timely posting and follow-up. • Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage banking transactions. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. • Assist in internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance. • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Maintain records for vendor payments, customer receipts, and other financial transactions. • Support in the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements. • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments for smooth financial operations. • Stock Maintaining.
