Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with learners and partner institutions
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding learner goals and recommending suitable
programs
Ensure high satisfaction levels through consistent follow-ups and engagement
Strategic Execution
Support expansion initiatives across new learner segments and geographies
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams for seamless execution
of campaigns
Represent Academy in webinars, info sessions, and counseling calls
Market Analysis & Insights
Track EdTech trends, learner preferences, and competitor offerings
Provide real-time feedback from the market to improve program positioning and
sales strategies
Performance Tracking
Manage lead pipelines and track conversions using CRM tools
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Prepare performance reports for internal reviews
Team Collaboration
Share best practices and support junior team members
Contribute to a high-performance, learner-first sales culture
