Semi Qualified CA

Role Title: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Client-Facing & Execution Role)

Location: Delhi/NCR (onsite or client office visits)

Experience Required: 2–4 years post-articleship preferred

Qualification: CA Inter (both groups cleared preferred)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle client meetings, explain audit/scope/schedules

• Review and analyze financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and identify key risk/exposure areas

• Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and IFC Testing

• Support preparation of SOPs, RCMs, and audit documentation

• Coordinate with client accounts teams to gather required data

• Assist in report writing, audit observations, and follow-up documentation

• Travel to client sites (including factories, HO, etc.) when required

• Escalate technical issues or red flags to Partner/Senior Manager

• Build long-term rapport with client managers and finance teams

💼 Skills & Attributes:

• Strong working knowledge of accounting, auditing & Companies Act

• Ability to read and interpret balance sheets, P&L, schedules independently

• Effective communication & professional presence in client meetings

• Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP), Tally, Zoho Books or similar ERP

• Ability to work on multiple clients and meet deadlines

• Willingness to travel

⭐ Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Exposure to IFC/SOX audits or SOP creation

• Experience in working with Japanese or Korean MNCs

• Comfort with drafting emails and client reports independently
