As a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks and financial analysis to ensure the smooth functioning of the finance team. Your role will involve assisting in the day-to-day accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial analysis of the organization. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards. - Performing general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and closing procedures. - Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances. - Supporting statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing proper documentation and analysis. - Assisting in budget preparation, conducting variance analysis, and implementing cost control activities. - Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting along with MIS reports. - Collaborating with external auditors, consultants, and stakeholders as necessary. - Utilizing ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel for financial data analysis. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Completed IPCC (both groups) and undergone 2.53 years of articleship. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and audit procedures. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally, SAP, Zoho. - Good analytical, communication, and time-management abilities. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team while meeting deadlines. It is also preferred if you are pursuing CA Final and have cleared one or both groups.,
