Job Summary:

The Sellout Manager – B2B (Apple Business) is responsible for driving Apple product sellout performance across selected premium dealer stores in the Calicut and Wayanad regions. The role focuses on on-ground execution, managing and motivating 25 Apple promoters, ensuring sales target achievement, store compliance, and maintaining a premium Apple customer experience in all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sellout Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sellout targets for Apple products across the assigned stores.
  • Ensure daily tracking of sales performance (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, Accessories).
  • Support dealers and store teams in achieving category-wise sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to optimize store performance.

2. Promoter Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and monitor 25 Apple promoters deployed in selected stores.
  • Conduct daily store visits to drive performance and improve in-store execution.
  • Motivate promoters to achieve individual and store-level sales goals.
  • Ensure promoters maintain proper display standards, demo readiness, and brand behavior.

3. Training & Development

  • Conduct regular sales and product training sessions for all assigned promoters.
  • Coordinate with Apple and Alps training teams for new product launch briefings.
  • Continuously upskill promoters on customer engagement, upselling, and brand standards.

4. Dealer & Store Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and dealer principals.
  • Ensure timely feedback on product demand, store requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Support stores in improving overall sales conversion and brand presence.
  • Execute in-store branding, merchandising, and local-level marketing initiatives.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sellout reports with promoter and store-wise data.
  • Track attendance, performance, and productivity of each promoter.
  • Share field insights, competitor activities, and improvement areas with the management team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of Apple products and premium retail operations.
  • Strong team leadership and performance management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in sellout management and promoter supervision.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in B2B / Retail Sellout Sales, preferably handling Apple or premium electronic brands.
  • Location Coverage: Calicut & Wayanad districts.
  • Driving License: Mandatory (daily travel across assigned stores).
