About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Seller Onboarding Executive to join our team. The role involves onboarding new sellers across various e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring compliance with platform requirements, and enabling sellers to scale their business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, reach out, and onboard potential sellers on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Guide sellers through the registration and onboarding process, including documentation and KYC.
• Assist in product cataloguing, listing, pricing, and inventory management on marketplaces.
• Ensure seller accounts comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Provide training and support to sellers on marketplace tools, promotions, and order management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and seller experience.
• Track and report onboarding progress and performance metrics.
• Resolve seller queries related to onboarding, payments, and listings in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, seller onboarding, or marketplace operations (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
