We are seeking a SEM specialist to manage and execute various paid and unpaid search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on search engines and social media platforms, with a focus on generating genuine leads for our sales team.
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Generate and nurture leads through targeted online marketing strategies and content.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay current with industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various digital analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on lead quality and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Experiment with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Manage budgets for paid campaigns while ensuring a high return on investment.
