About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEM Specialist to join our dynamic performance marketing team at InstaServ. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong focus on lead generation and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Manage lead generation and e-commerce campaigns with a performance-focused approach
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve CTR & conversions
• Handle feed integration, data tracking, and conversion setup via GTM & GA4
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights
• Manage monthly budgets and deliver measurable ROI
• Stay updated with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams for cohesive campaign execution

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in SEM/PPC (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
• Proven experience in performance marketing, lead gen, and e-com
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven campaigns
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet performance goals
