Job Description

About the Role:

Biz Fly High

You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our sellers — helping them showcase their products with precision, clarity, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Data Accuracy

  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain catalog integrity.
  • Liaise with sellers to collect, verify, and validate product details.
  • Manage product classification, tagging, and categorization for search optimization.

Seller Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for seller catalog support.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve listing issues, gather inputs, and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure smooth operations and catalog integration.

Optimization & Strategy

  • Monitor catalog performance and recommend improvements to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Implement strategies to improve discoverability and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and apply them where relevant (bonus).
 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate insights and reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Provide actionable feedback to sellers based on analytics and audits.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in seller account management, cataloging, e-commerce, or data coordination roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
