Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, communicating effectively with clients, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi, along with a basic understanding of English, is essential. Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and Marathi Basic understanding of English Strong interpersonal and listening skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Confidence and patience while dealing with clients Qualifications: Graduate from any recognized university (any stream) Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
