Company Overview: Collab Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Technology Company working in efficiency improvement byCollaboration among various business segments. The product offerings include marketingplatforms in form of aggregating portals and the portals for management of day to day operations. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, communicating effectively with clients, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi, along with a basic understanding of English, is essential. Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and Marathi Basic understanding of English Strong interpersonal and listening skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Confidence and patience while dealing with clients Qualifications: Graduate from any recognized university (any stream) Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
