Job Description

next-generation Security Operations Center (SOC)

SOC design, Elastic Stack, SIEM/SOAR, and leading security teams

🔹 What You’ll Do

✅ Architect and implement SOC (Elastic SIEM, SOAR, threat intel pipelines)

✅ Lead & mentor SOC Engineers; build dashboards, detection logic & correlation rules

✅ Drive proactive threat hunting & integrate global intel (MISP, OTX, AbuseIPDB)

✅ Establish IR workflows, escalation paths & compliance (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, CERT-In)

✅ Deliver SOC reports, KPIs & SLA dashboards to CISOs & executives

🔹 What We’re Looking For

8–12+ years

Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats)

SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat hunting, IR workflows

setting up SOCs from scratch, scaling & optimizing

cloud & on-prem log sources

Telecom data analysis (CDR, IPDR, PCAP)

🔸 Strong leadership & stakeholder communication skills

🔹 Qualifications

Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

Elastic Certified, CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GCIA/GCIH/GMON), OSCP
