Role Overview: As a SOC Architect/Lead at SvelteTech, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and leading the next-generation Security Operations Center. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilizing your expertise in SOC design, Elastic Stack, SIEM/SOAR, and leading security teams. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement SOC using tools such as Elastic SIEM, SOAR, and threat intel pipelines - Lead and mentor SOC Engineers to build dashboards, detection logic, and correlation rules - Drive proactive threat hunting and integrate global intel sources like MISP, OTX, and AbuseIPDB - Establish IR workflows, escalation paths, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, and CERT-In - Deliver SOC reports, KPIs, and SLA dashboards to CISOs and executives - Act as the technical face of SOC for both internal leadership and customers Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in SOC leadership or architecture roles - Deep expertise in Elastic Stack components like Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats - Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat hunting, and IR workflows - Experience in setting up SOCs from scratch, scaling, and optimizing them - Hands-on experience with both cloud and on-premises log sources - Bonus: Experience in telecom data analysis including CDR, IPDR, and PCAP - Strong leadership and effective stakeholder communication skills Additional Details: N/A,
