Role Summary: Take ownership of the technical success in client engagements by understanding and translating client requirements into effective, practical solutions. Design and deliver customized demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs), and develop precise, high-quality technical proposals for security and investigation data products. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery : use-cases, data sources, success criteria, constraints. Build and deliver tailored demos ; create solution diagrams and sizing. Own POCs end-to-end: scope, data integration, validation, reporting. Draft RFI/RFP responses, SoW annexures, compliance matrices. Handle objections with evidence; enable client champions.
