Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    A security officer with 12-15 years of experience is required to join our team in Mundra, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security management, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures specific to the precast industry. - Manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and training as needed. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. - Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security measures to ensure the safety of the premises. - Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures. - Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and corrective actions taken. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security management to enhance existing protocols. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to security and safety in the precast industry.

Technical Competencies


    Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems),Knowledge of security risk assessment and management,Proficiency in report writing and documentation,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the precast industry

Qualifications and Experience


    - Graduation with any specialization. - 12-15 years of experience in security management, preferably in the precast industry.
