Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and security management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage incident response plans and emergency procedures to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents and trends.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest-facing services.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
