Description
As a Security Manager at Pinkerton, you will be responsible for driving the development and standardization of security policies and programs to safeguard corporate business operations for one of Pinkerton's largest global clients. Your role will include direct management responsibility for delivering effective corporate security operations and emergency/incident response. You will also provide support in safety, business continuity, and physical security design/installation in the Corporate Office. Your duties will be aligned with Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate, coordinate, and support the creation and execution of business continuity management, crisis management, and incident response programs. - Provide input to support security design projects during the construction phase and evaluate security fit-out plans. - Develop scheduled security-related training workshops in line with the Corporate Security Program for the security team and associates within the Corporate Office. - Coordinate with stakeholders during any incident and assist in incident management. - Coordinate with local authorities in case the situation demands, in collaboration with the Regional Security Manager (RSM). - Perform other security-related duties as required or assigned by the RSM. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred with at least eight years of corporate security operations experience. - Able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. - Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation. - Client-oriented and results-driven. - Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. - Able to prioritize duties and responsibilities in accordance with the level of importance. - Able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves. - Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
