Position: Secretary to Directors (with HR Responsibilities)


About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable, and discreet Secretary to Directors


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage daily calendar, appointments, and travel plans for the Directors.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes with follow-ups.
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics.
  • Draft and review official letters, internal communications, and reports.
  • Liaise with department heads to prioritize tasks and filter information for Directors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personal matters.


HR Coordination

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and help onboard new hires.
  • Track attendance, leave, and assist with monthly payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments and support employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with HR consultants or agencies as needed.


Who Should Apply:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator. Prior HR exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of integrity, discipline, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
