Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil execution across three diverse projects: Dhanraj Legacy – Large-scale residential township in Navi Mumbai Villament Resort Expansion – Luxury resort project with phased development Villament Hills – Premium plotted development project in Karjat This is a senior-level role for a result-driven professional who can manage multi-site teams, ensure timely and quality execution, and coordinate across consultants, contractors, and management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end civil execution of all three projects across different typologies. Prepare project execution plans , bar charts, and monitor progress vs. timelines. Manage site engineers, supervisors, and contractor teams with strict quality control. Ensure compliance with structural, RCC, MEP, and safety standards. Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and government authorities as needed. Regularly report progress, challenges, and resource needs to top management. Optimize resource planning, material procurement, and site logistics. Implement cost control measures without compromising on construction quality. Who Should Apply: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech preferred. 10+ years of experience in real estate or resort project execution. Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large scale residential or hospitality projects. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
