Responsibilities: Leading Civil Engineering Projects: Overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, including design, planning, construction, and handover. Technical Oversight: Providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management: Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all civil engineering work meets the company's standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Working with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of civil engineers and other professionals. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and logistical issues that arise during project execution. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering: Required. Professional Engineering (PE) License: Preferred. Extensive Experience in Civil Engineering: Typically 10+ years of experience in a related field. Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects. Strong Technical Skills: Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), construction methods, and relevant industry standards. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and lead a team. Additional Skills and Requirements: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: Ensuring projects comply with all applicable codes and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment: Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving complex technical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Collaborating effectively with other professionals and stakeholders.
