Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management:

    • Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.

    • Sending reminders and ensuring timely attendance.

  2. Communication Handling:

    • Managing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

    • Drafting and proofreading documents and reports.

  3. Travel & Logistics:

    • Making travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

    • Preparing itineraries and travel documentation.

  4. Administrative Support:

    • Organizing files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).

    • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

  5. Confidentiality Management:

    • Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  6. Personal Assistance:

    • Supporting personal tasks such as errands, appointments, or family-related coordination (as required).
