Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications (calls, emails, letters) professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
  • Attend key meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with senior management and various departments for seamless operations.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plant operations/management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent execution and follow-through abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible with working hours and occasional travel.
