Secretarial Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
  • 2-5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour and a high level of discretion and integrity.
