Job Description

SEO Manager (with Agency Experience Across D2C, SaaS, and B2B Brands)

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Manager who’s fluent in search algorithms, audience behavior, and the kind of content that actually ranks, not just traffic for traffic’s sake.


If you understand that SEO is both an art and a science, if you’ve managed SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, tackled both content and technical SEO, and consistently delivered measurable impact, you’re who we’re looking for.


This isn’t a checklist SEO job. You’ll be driving end-to-end organic growth strategy, collaborating across teams, and bringing smart, data-backed thinking to every decision you make.


What We Expect From You


  • Build and execute SEO strategies across industries — from growth-stage D2C brands to SaaS products and service-led businesses.


  • Manage multiple client accounts with tailored SEO roadmaps, content plans, and performance benchmarks.


  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes that move the needle.


  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits to uncover growth opportunities.


  • Own content strategy in collaboration with writers — from briefs to optimization, you make sure it’s not just published, but performing.


  • Monitor rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions — and translate that data into actionable insights.


  • Keep up with algorithm updates, search trends, and platform changes to keep your strategies sharp.


  • Report on performance metrics that matter: Organic Traffic, CTR, Rankings, Engagement, Conversions, and provide clear takeaways that help clients understand their growth.


Skills Required:

  • 3–5 years of agency-side SEO experience.


  • Proven ability to manage and grow organic traffic for multiple brands, each with different goals and buyer journeys.


  • Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.


  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.


  • Strong understanding of content planning, keyword strategy, and content-led SEO funnels.


  • Ability to break down data and analytics to uncover what’s working — and what’s not.


  • Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.


  • Bonus: Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar or A/B testing, schema implementation, and local SEO.
