Search Engine Optimization Manager

SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  comprehensive SEO strategies

  for multiple client accounts, tailored to their business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth

  keyword research

  , competition analysis, and identify opportunities for content and technical improvements.
• Perform regular

  SEO audits

  (technical, on-page, and off-page) and provide clear action plans.
• Collaborate with the

  content team

  to ensure keyword alignment, content quality, and topical authority.
• Coordinate with

  developers/designers

  to implement technical SEO fixes (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, mobile-friendliness, etc.)
• Manage

  local SEO

  efforts (Google Business Profile, local citations, NAP consistency).
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs

  , etc.
• Stay up to date with

  Google algorithm updates

  , industry trends, and SEO best practices.
• Provide monthly and quarterly SEO reports with actionable insights.
• Train and mentor junior SEO executives or interns if needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience

  , ideally in a

  digital agency environment

  .
• Deep understanding of

  search engine algorithms

  ,

  ranking factors

  , and

  technical SEO

  .
• Proficiency in tools like

  Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

  , etc.
• Strong knowledge of

  HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

  from an SEO perspective.
• Experience working with

  CMS platforms

  like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain SEO concepts to clients.
• Ability to

  multitask and manage multiple projects

  in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Analytics Certification
• Google Search Ads Certification
• Experience with YouTube SEO or App Store Optimization (ASO) is a bonus
• Prior experience handling SEO for eCommerce clients is an added advantage
